I am currently studying phD in Microbiology and Immunology in UWO and i have question regarding to the transcript. I was asked to submit my transcript in Portal student in Saudi Cultural Bureau website. As we are in phD program, we do not have courses with grade. our courses just cover journal club and attending seminars. so the transcript will have just IPR (which means in progress upon completing the course until the graduation time. If My academic advisor sees my transcript does not have a grade,could he
reject my transcript and will not get my allowance????. Any phD student can answer me in this

NON could help out figuring that out but your advisor at the bureau.However, I believe that it isn't a big deal to be concerned about coz they are definitely used to have these sort of issues. You are't the only phd student who has the same program structure..

أنا غير متأكد لأني لسا ما بديت بالكورسات ولكن اتوقع الموضوع طبيعي لأنه معروف نظام السجل الاكاديمي للدرسات العليا وانه بعض المقررات بدون سكور , ولكن توقعي كل شيء مع المشرفين الموجودين بالملحقية وعلى العموم أنتي لستي أول
حالة بهذا الوضع اكيد فيه عشرات الطلاب الدرسات العليا. وبالتوفيق للجميع.
