In Australia under the title Lab medicine
In America clinical lab science

I know how hard it is to choose an area and specialized in it, so the first thing you have know what are you interested inLaboratory Medicine is broad area which include many speciality you can study for example:
Hematology, Microbiology, Immunology, Histopathology, Blood Transfusion , Molecular Biology , Cytogenetics, Toxicology
