Please note:
• Pharmacy (six-year Pharm.D.) applicants are required to submit the following:
1) Two letters of recommendation, one coming from a science or math teacher
2) Essay
3) Statement/Resume of Activities
4) Signed copy of the Pharmacy Technical Standards
5) SAT Writing score
If you would like to be considered for the Priority Deadline of December 1, all necessary documents
must be received by the admissions office by this date. If you are applying for the Regular Deadline of
February 1, all necessary documents must be received by the admissions office by this date.
• Fine Arts majors must submit a portfolio before February 15.
• Dramatic Arts major requires an audition.
