وصلني قبل ايميل الملحقيه الثاني الذي يطلب بيانات ايميل بأسم michael lariccia

Warm greetings from FLS International, USA. We recently received your information from the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM) in Washington D.C. placing you into our Intensive English Program (IEP) at FLS Lock Haven University in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. In order to complete processing of your application, we urgently need the following:

1. A copy of the information page of your passport (a scan is fine)
2. A copy of a bank statement showing you (or your parents/sponsor) have a minimum of US$2,500 available (a scan is fine).
3. A completed FLS application form (attached) – please put your home address in Saudi Arabia on the application.

You do not need to send an application fee at this time. We just need the documents above. If there are any questions you do not understand on the application, just leave it blank. Please send these documents to me by e-mail or fax to my attention at (617) 695-3573 as soon as possible, so we can process your application.

Dear Applicant,

Greetings again from FLS. I have a quick correction to the list of documents we need to process your enrollment. We do not need a bank statement after all, only the scholarship letter. So please send the following at your earliest convenience, so that we can process your application:

1. A copy of the information page of your passport (a scan is fine)
2. A copy of your scholarship letter (a scan is fine).
3. A completed FLS application form (attached) – please put your home address in Saudi Arabia on the application.

Warm greetings again from FLS. After consulting with SACM, we have been able to minimize the documents required for your application. We only need the following for your documents to be processed:

1. Scan of your completed FLS application form, which is attached (start dates should ideally be February or March to insure adequate time for visa processing). Recommended term start dates are on the application form, but students may also start any Monday. Please leave areas you do not understand blank. The most important fields for now are your complete name, birthdate, home address in Saudi Arabia, and intended program start date.

2. Scanned copy of the information page of your passport.

The scholarship letter can be submitted on arrival to your FLS program.

After receiving the two documents above, we will send a confirmation that everything has been received. Your visa documents will then be sent to SACM for processing. Our processing time is a bit short, so your quick attention to this is much appreciated.
