Until now, we have not received the complete information required to process your I-20. We have asked for this information before and now we have a final deadline of
February 18th 2011 to send in your information if you are still interested in receiving an I-20. Please provide us with:
1) Name:
2) Request number:
3) A copy of your passport, your murafiqin’s passport if you have one, your dependents’ passports (PLEASE ATTACH):
4) Physical address in Saudi Arabia:
5) E-mail address:
If you have already obtained an I-20 by yourself or through a different party, please inform us so that there will be no future conflicts. We wish you all the best.
