Application requirements
All application materials should be received by specific program application priority deadlines to receive full consideration. Late applicants will be reviewed on a space available basis. Application deadlines and entry terms vary by program so please check the deadlines for your specific program. International applicants should refer to international deadlines.
Test scores must be sent directly from the testing agency. Some programs will require that specific documents be sent directly to the department; if so, please send them in a separate envelope.
The following documents should be
sent directly to Graduate Admissions:
- Completed application for Graduate Admission.
- A non-refundable application fee of $55.
- Official transcripts from the last two years of the baccalaureate degree and any post-baccalaureate course work. A completed undergraduate degree must be verified prior to enrollment. Doctoral students should only submit all graduate-level transcripts unless non-graded. Exceptions to the policy are noted with the degree requirements.
- Students who have earned degrees from institutions issuing non-graded transcripts must submit official results from GRE, GMAT or MAT tests as determined by your program.
- All other documents required by your program of interest. Please consult the appropriate application for your school/college.
Please note that there are additional requirements for
international students, as well as
readmission and
non-degree seeking students.

International students have additional requirements beyond the

- Transcripts
Transcripts must be provided in both the original language and a certified English translation. - Applicants seeking an F-1 student visa
Applicants seeking an F-1 student visa must also submit the Declaration of Finances form included in the application packet. International Student Declaration of Finances Form - Applicants for whom English is a non-native language
Applicants for whom English is a non-native language must demonstrate English proficiency regardless of English language studies, academic history, residence in the United States or an English-speaking country, or immigration status. English proficiency may be met with the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), or institutional Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB) examinations. Graduate and post baccalaureate applicants who received a baccalaureate degree or higher from Seattle University or a recognized college or university in the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Ireland, New Zealand or Australia who remain in a country where English is the primary language for two years will not be required to submit English proficiency test scores. Seattle University maintains the right to require English proficiency testing when deemed necessary.
Deadlines
In order to allow for application processing, overseas mailings and visa processing, international applicants living overseas should submit an application six months prior to the quarter they wish to enroll or the program deadline, whichever is earlier. Students who submit complete applications before the following dates will receive priority consideration:
- Fall Quarter - April 1
- Winter Quarter - September 1
- Spring Quarter - December 1
- Summer Quarter - January 1
Culture and Language Bridge Program
The CLB program develops all phases of academic English and helps students overcome cultural barriers in the classroom. The graduate section is a 6-credit program and a 5-credit Business Communications class taken in the first quarter for students who have completed the *****alent of English 110 and based on a placement exam. اختي اول شي... لاحظت معلومه مدري اذا تعرفينها ولا لأ.. مكتوب ان اخر وقت للتسجيل قبل 6 شهور من وقت الدراسه الي تبغينه..
وعلى الدفع مو مكتوب الطريقه ..

7 " اختي الدفع يكون في اخر خطه في تعبية الابلكيشن الي اون لاين غالبا ً ومايبي لها شي رقم البطاقة السكيرتي كود وبس
... لكن قبل هذا كله هل انتي كلمتي احد من الجامعة وقالو لك نقبلك ؟ ؟ او بالاحرى راسلتي رئيس القسم لان هو الي يقول ايه او لا
وخاصة للماجستير ..
... ااذا تقول ان لغتك الانجليزية مو جيده ؟ طبيعي انك تبحثين على قبول مشروط .. طيب هل انت متأكدة ان الجامعة توفر قبول مشروط؟ الي اقصده حرام تدفعين فلوس على الفاضي ..
والقضية مو قضية الدفع ابسط شي عندهم الدفع .. بس الكلام هل الجامعة هذي تقبلني او لا ؟

7 " لو ماعندك فيزا ممكن تروحي البنك وتعملي شيك باسم الجامعة و ترسليه مع شهاداتك بالفيدكس و طبعا البنك راح يخصم المبلغ من حسابك عندهم

او انتظر لحد مااسافر واقدم من هناك
