To send a Western Union Quick Pay, follow these easy steps:
1. Bring payment and these instructions to a participating Western Union Agent location. To find a nearest Agent
location, look under "Money Transfer" in your phone book, contact directory assistance in your area, or look under
"location" at http://www.payment-solutions.com/
2. When you arrive at Western Union Agent location, request and complete a BLUE Quick Pay Payment Services form:

3. PAYMENT DEADLINE
We indicate that applications and full payment for the Winter 2009 session should be received before December 11, 2008. However, if we still have places available in the Winter 2009 session, we will accept applications and payments after that date.
Please note that every session has limited enrolment
Sessions may fill up before the deadline, make your payment early!

4. UNIVERSITY HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN (U.H.I.P.)
Please note that the U.H.I.P. fee invoiced above, is based on your study period. If you arrive in Canada 20 days before your start date, additional U.H.I.P. charges will apply.

5. REFUND POLICY

Students who cancel from any session before the starting date listed on the application form or before registration, and who return the original acceptance letter, will receive a refund of fees minus a $500 cancellation fee ($300 for a short-term program).

Students who withdraw after registration and before the end of the first week of classes are eligible for a refund
of 60% of the tuition fee. No tuition refunds will be granted after 4pm on Friday of the first week of classes in
any session.

Prospective students who are denied entry into Canada by Canadian officials will receive a full refund of fees,
less an administrative fee of $100, if they show proof of their visa denial.
