Dear Student,
Congratulations on winning your KASP scholarship! Your first step towards
studying medicine is improving your English language skills at our
institution. Before we can issue your Conditional Letter of Acceptance (CAL)
from the Dean of the School of Medicine, our admissions office must have a
scan of the page of your passport that has your photograph and other
personal details such as date of birth etc. This page was not included in
the documents your MOHE sent us.
Please send this scan by return e-mail in a pdf format to our admissions
office office@epic.org.pl
Based on this we will issue you your CAL for medical school and the
application form for ELP at EPIC and a letter of acceptance from the Head of
Admissions.
Please treat this matter as urgent.
