سلام عليكم

ياخوان جايتني الرسالة هذي من السفارة

ولا ادري وش معناها صراحة

انا كان عندي قبول بمعهد بجامعة هاورد لكن تكنسل القبول ومطلع تأشيرة سابقة باسم جامعة هاورد وجبت قبولين اللحين
واحد طلع غير موصى وكنسلته والسيفيس طبعا تغير
والثاني حجزت عليه موعد بالسفارة وجاتني الرسالة هذي ولا أدري صراحة وش مضمونها

ابي احد يساعدني فيها الله يعطيكم العافية ..

However, please note: IF you will still be attending the same university/school and still have the same SEVIS number, then you don't need a new visa. You may just need to have Howard University issue a new I-20 reflecting the new start-date of January 31, 2011. Repeat: If you are still attending the same school AND have the same SEVIS number (compare no. on I-20 to no. on visa annotation), then you DON'T need a new F-1 visa and can use the visa you were issued in Nov. 2010.
