Yes well saudi unofficially allows the dual nationality. They can't do anything about it if people are born in other countries...
a lot of ppl have dual and they use the american passport to enter the us and leave it, while the saudi one for entering Saudi and leaving it. If you dont have a visa on your saudi passport they assume you have another passport. Its ok to show the airlines employees the other passport if they ask to see it.
