Applicants under 14 or age 80 and older must submit their passports, completed applications, application fees and supporting documents by presenting them at the Embassy any business day, Saturday through Wednesday, between 8:00am and 4:00pm. Documents for children under the age of 14 must be presented by one of the child’s parents or legal guardian. The consular officer reserves the right to ask any applicant to appear for a personal interview.

Exception: if you are the parent of a child under 14, but you are scheduling an appointment to apply for your own visa, please present your child’s completed application, application fee and supporting documents in addition to all of your documents the day of your appointment.
