الي اعرفه انك تقدر تجيب للمرافق قبول من اي جامعه وتطلعله فيزا مقيم

او ان الجامعه راح تساعدك في دار الهجره يوم توصل هولندا على انها تطلع فيزا مقيم للمرافق ( على حسب الايميل الي جا من الجامعه )

مشكور اخوي على الرد بس انا ارسلت للجامعة وقالوا ان الفيزا ثلاث شهور وبعدها تنتهي ولازم يرجع للسعودية والجامعة غير ملتزمة بتمديد الفيزا او تجديدها بالنسبة للمرافق

Dear UM-students,

As promised in the previous mail we will explain the steps that need to be taken in order to obtain a visa. The first step is already finished since you have been accepted into our study program, congratulations again.
Right now, we as university are working together with the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) to obtain scholarships letters for all students. As soon as we have these scholarship letters, we can start to apply for a visa for each student.

Next to this there are some steps you as a student need to take in order to be able to get the visa later on. We have attached an explanation letter from the Royal Dutch embassy in Riyadh to this e-mail in which the complete process and all the steps you need to take have been explained. Read this letter very carefully, and do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail or the Dutch embassy in Riyadh via their special telephone number if anything about this letter is unclear.

Please already start preparing the necessary forms (e.g. the legalized and translated birth certificate) since this will take time to arrange.

When the birth certificate is ready, send it by registered mail to the Royal Dutch Embassy in Riyadh.

We strongly advise all accompanying persons (fathers, brothers, husbands) to now apply for a tourist visa to enter the Netherlands. This will enable them to travel to the Netherlands together with the female students. After arrival in Maastricht, the university will assist every accompanying person with further visa and residence permit applications, as far as possible under current Dutch immigration laws.

Accompanying persons are themselves responsible for getting their visas in time; the Royal Dutch Embassy in Riyadh can assist in the application for a tourist visa.

ننصح بقووه كل المرافقين ( اباء , اخوه , ازواج ) التقديم الان لطلب الحصول على تأشيرة سياحيه لدخول هولندا , هذا سيمكنهم من السفر الي هولندا مع الطالبات سويا . بعد الوصول في ماسترخت الجامعه ستساعد كل مرافق بالتأشيره وتصريح الاقامه . بقدر الأمكان تحت قوانين الهجره الهولندية الحالية
