IELTS test has many question they may ask you about your hometown and tell me about your hometown .actually, I took IELTS test three times and tow of the conversation subject was about my hometown
I would say they focus in your confidence how is your reaction when they ask question you have to be confident when you speak
we can not predict what questions will they ask you but I am sure that confdence will help you out to get a good score in IELTS speaking test

Tell me about a conversation you had with someone that was very important to you. You should say:- When it was.
- To whom you were speaking.
- Why the conversation was important to you.
- Was this the first time you have spoken to this person?
