[حاولت جاهدا أن أجمع أسماء و مفردات الكحول أو الخمر أو الخنزير ليس لتعقيد الأمور بل لإيضاح هذه المصطلحات لكم لكي لا يدخل في جوف أحدنا ما لا يحل ونحاول أن نبقى طاهرين قدر المستطاع لديَّ ملاحظتين: [/]

[]من الصعوبة أن أفصل أسماء الماركات أو الأسماء الفعلية للكحول أو الخنزير
الملاحظة الثانية:[/
[]يوجد مصطلح Spirit Vinegarأو Wine Vinegar, الذي يوجد عادة في الكاتشب و
[المايونيز في بريطانيا أرسلت رسالة للشركات المصنعة له للتأكد من أن هذين المكونين هل يحتويان على أي نسبة /من الكحول أم لا, لكن إلى الآن لم يصلني ردا.
لكن إذا استطاع أحد الأخوة أو الأخوات المساعدة في ذلك فله جزيل الشكر[]

في البداية بعد بحث كثير وصلت لموقع يعطي تعريف للـ Spirit / Wine Vinegar

Spirit vinegar is distilled before the acetification process has finished and contains a small amount of alcohol which changes the flavour dimension. This is the strongest of all the vinegars and is used for the same purposes as distilled vinegar.

Just like wine, wine vinegars can be red or white and just like wine the quality is determined by the type of wine used. Fine vinegars come from fine wine and are made the slow , traditional way in oak barrels. They are matured in wood for periods ranging from a few weeks to one to two years. Generally speaking red wine vinegars are aged longer than those made from white wine. The very best wine vinegars are made in relatively small batches, they have fine balance and subtle , complex flavour. They are characteristically rich and mellow. Commercially produced wine vinegars are of an inferior quality, using average wine and faster production techniques that remove a lot of the more subtle flavours in the wine. Many commercially produced wines are still very good, and as with so many things, the price reflects the quality

حول إن كان في Spirit / Wine Vinegar نسبة كحول أم أنه فقط خل بدون خمر

فكانت الاجابة أن فيهما نسبة 0,2% من الكحول وعدة في الكاتشب أو المايونيز نجد

هذه المادة / المركب والاجابة الثانية بررت أن هذه النسبة تحترق وتتبخر في العمليات الانتاجية

لكن السؤال أننا نعلم قاعدة فقهية تقول ما أسكر كثيره فقليله حرام

لكن لا أعلم ما هو الحكم في هذه المسألة وهل يصح أن نقول أن المادة بعد دخولها في عمليات الطبخ

تتغير وتصبح مادة أخرى أم لا.؟

Q : I would like ask about Spirit / Wine Vinegar. What do you mean in your product " Spirit / Wine Vinegar " ؟
Do the " Spirit / Wine Vinegar " just " Vinegar " without wine or alcohol? If not how many percentage of wine or alcohol Consisting of / Contains? I mean Specially ketchup & mayonnaise




- The product does contain a very small trace of alcohol (approximately 0.2%) which is why it is called wine vinegar however the presence of alcohol is not enough for this to be classed as an alcoholic product which is why there is no age limit on purchasing the product.


- I have looked into this and I have found that Spirit Vinegar is derived from alcohol. However, almost all of the alcohol is burned off through cooking anyway, anything left is a minute trace, if at all
