منطقة جامعتك حولها بيفرلي هيلز المنطقة الراقية فليس من السهل أن تجد سكن رخيص حولها (أنا كنت ساكن في غرفة في بيت من شقتين وكنت أدفع 800 دولار شهريا في منطقة USC) يعني حول UCLA وفي منطقتي Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Westwood السكن يمكن يكلفك 1000 دولار شهريا
أما إذا كنت تبحث عن سكن قريب فعندك Century City و Santa Monica وسانتا مونيكا جميلة جدا بس يمكن تكون غالية نسبيا. أيضا أبحث حول شارع ويلشر Whilshire

لأنو مره قريب جنبها مول The Grove
وتقدروا تاكلوا من المطاعم فيه وقت ما تبغوا وتقدروا تتسوقوا ومتعه
بس هوا بعيد عن الجامعه فيما لو كنت حتستخدم الباص كوسيلة مواصلات .. يعني حيكون بعيد عليك الوصول للجامعه نوعا ما
اما ازا كانت عندكم سياره فلا تتردد بالسكن في هادا المجمع

في 3 سكنات ارشحهم لك .. انا كنت ساكنه في وحده منهم وهم

لأن المنطقه اللي هوا فيه جدا حيه وتحته كم مطعم وبقاله وجلسات حلوه قدام نافوره .. وكمان من الناحية التانيه حتلاقي زي محل للخضروات والفواكه ومخبز يبيعوا كل شي بسعر رخيص ... وفي ناخية تالته حتلاقي مجمع صغير اسمو ليتيل توكيو ... فيه محل حلويات وتشيز كيك مره طعم .. وكمان فيه الايسكريم العالمي Pink Berry
والاحسن من دا كلو انو قريب من الجامعه بالباص تقريبا تاخد ثلث ساعه
وحتدفع على الايجار فقط فاتورة المويا 25$ بالشهر تقريبا
وازا ربي ما كتبلك فيه روح على Grand
العماره حقتوا في وجه عمارة Museum عل طووول
وتدفع مع ايجار السكن فاتورة الكهربا بس ما ادري كم تقريبا

منطقة جامعتك حولها بيفرلي هيلز المنطقة الراقية فليس من السهل أن تجد سكن رخيص حولها (أنا كنت ساكن في غرفة في بيت من شقتين وكنت أدفع 800 دولار شهريا في منطقة USC) يعني حول UCLA وفي منطقتي Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Westwood السكن يمكن يكلفك 1000 دولار شهريا
أما إذا كنت تبحث عن سكن قريب فعندك Century City و Santa Monica وسانتا مونيكا جميلة جدا بس يمكن تكون غالية نسبيا. أيضا أبحث حول شارع ويلشر Whilshire
بالنسبه ل Park La Brea
مرررره روعه الشقق ... ازا لقيت فيها شقه بسعر كويس ويناسبكم امسك فيها
لأنو مره قريب جنبها مول The Grove
وتقدروا تاكلوا من المطاعم فيه وقت ما تبغوا وتقدروا تتسوقوا ومتعه
بس هوا بعيد عن الجامعه فيما لو كنت حتستخدم الباص كوسيلة مواصلات .. يعني حيكون بعيد عليك الوصول للجامعه نوعا ما
اما ازا كانت عندكم سياره فلا تتردد بالسكن في هادا المجمع

في 3 سكنات ارشحهم لك .. انا كنت ساكنه في وحده منهم وهم

طبعا ارشح لك في البداية سكن Museum Tower
لأن المنطقه اللي هوا فيه جدا حيه وتحته كم مطعم وبقاله وجلسات حلوه قدام نافوره .. وكمان من الناحية التانيه حتلاقي زي محل للخضروات والفواكه ومخبز يبيعوا كل شي بسعر رخيص ... وفي ناخية تالته حتلاقي مجمع صغير اسمو ليتيل توكيو ... فيه محل حلويات وتشيز كيك مره طعم .. وكمان فيه الايسكريم العالمي Pink Berry
والاحسن من دا كلو انو قريب من الجامعه بالباص تقريبا تاخد ثلث ساعه
وحتدفع على الايجار فقط فاتورة المويا 25$ بالشهر تقريبا
وازا ربي ما كتبلك فيه روح على Grand
العماره حقتوا في وجه عمارة Museum عل طووول
وتدفع مع ايجار السكن فاتورة الكهربا بس ما ادري كم تقريبا
