Just a few minutes to go from the studio to SDSU, ALI, and The Trolley station*.
There are several ways :
- Driving : 3 min
- Public transportations " Bus " : 5 min
- Shuttle : 5 min
( * By Trolley you can go everywhere you want in San Diego )
There is no application fee !!.
There is no deposite !!.
There is no fee if someone want to take over the contract !.
The monthly rent is only $1010
( Just 8 Months ! ).
- Free Internet.
- Free Water, Trash, and Sewerage.
- Free shuttle ( Private bus will take you from the complex to SDSU, ALI, and the Trolley station ).
- Gym ( Recreation Center ) usually there are some activities at the gym.
- Swimming pool
- Free services
- There is a barbecue area
- There are a parkings inside the complex comes with security gate and remote control ( if you want to have a parking spot ), or you can park your car outside the complex, and safety area because there are security men at night.
- There are cameras everywhere
- New Complex ( new buildings )
- Study area ( quiet ) You can have a free coffee any time you want. Also you can print and use the computers.
- There are elevators serves everywhere in the complex
