The Visa Process at Oregon State University's
English Language Institute
Step 1
Put together the following documents:
The ELI application form
Financial support documents
If you are under 20 years of age, include transcripts from your last school or college
$75 application fee
Step 2
Send them to the ELI:
English Language Institute
Oregon State University
301 Snell Hall
Corvallis, OR 97331-1632
USA
Step 3
Receive your ELI I-20 form.
Step 4
Pay the SEVIS fee. You can pay online at
https://www.fmjfee.com/index.jhtml. For more information about paying the fee, go to
www.ice.gov/graphics/sevis/i901/index.htm
Step 5
Go to the US Embassy or Consulate with your financial support documents and other documents that the US Government may require.
Step 6
Receive your F-1 Visa from the US Embassy or consulate [/LEFT][/RIGHT][/LEFT][/CENTER][/LEFT][/LEFT]
