مع العلم اناه ستغيّر بصيغة توافق جامعتي التي أنا بها الآن في المملكة

To Whom It May Concern
Dear Sir Mme… This is to verify that the above listed student has been nominated for the candidacy to receive a full educational scholarship from the Ministry of Higher Education in Saudi Arabia. The scholarship will cover tuition fees for one year of ESL intensive study and the academic degree program to which he is admitted. It also covers the student,s related study and living expenses including a monthly allowance and financial coverage for books, medical insurance, and clothing. Upon receipt of either a statement of academic eligibility, or (final or provisional) admission, a statement of financial guarantee will be issued. The Ministry of Higher Education,s financial responsibilities begin immediately upon the issuance of the Ministry,s official scholarship letter based on the approval of the submitted proof of (final or provisional) admission or statement of academic eligibility. Subsequently, the Ministry of Higher Education is under no obligation until that process is completed. Rigards, ولكم خالص الشكر والتقدير
