استفسار Homestay in Canada

Generally speaking,Homestay is great for new student whom are weak in
language because they will have to speak English all the time and they
will learn faster than the others . For example In saudi many of homes
have a Housekeeper who dont speak Arabic but as the time goes .. they
learn few words .. and start to make a great base on arabic. Though, Home
stay may seem AWFUL for whom that dont like to be sharing there personal
life to people he never saw them before ! and it may look hard for
somebody to follow rules that he dont like it. and so on ...

So, The only benefit from living in Homestay .. is language development
.. , So if your language is great .. dont get your self a headache!

Totally agree with the point of not getting any headache if your language so far so good to handle pretty much every thing while your counting on your on self dealing with any kind of positions that you might face in the Real life !

Thanks for your response. We still need to hear more positive and negative issues that could help all the new students! Do you thinks the family will be safe rather than staying in a hotel or renting an appartment. Who will help the student to introuduce him to his school, open a new bank account, familiarize him with the transportation. More and more that student needs to understand and be adopted to the Candian culture. My main concern, do you think our Saudi Students are oriented enough to accept the new life?
