General English & Exam Preparation

Duration: 25 Weeks
Hours: 20 hours per week
Days: Monday - Friday
Times: 09.00 - 13.00
Class Size: Average of 10 students (15 max)

Course Price: €4,250.00 Registration Fee : €60.00 This course is popular with students who wish to study and work in Ireland for one year START ON ANY MONDAY Our Academic Year Programme is perfect for students who aim to attain a specific level of English certified through one of the major internationally recognised English language testing systems (Cambridge ESOL or IELTS ). We run specialist Examination Preparation Classes (IELTS, Cambridge etc) throughout the year and you can transfer to any of these specialist classes at no extra cost (subject to adequate results from a placement test). These classes focus on the requirements of each examination and provide guidance, practise and training to help you achieve your desired result. We offer our students regular progress assessments. You can measure your progress using the internationally recognised Oxford Online Computer Based Testing System. The results provide an important measure of your rate of progress. You can take time off for holidays during or after the course. Extra tuition weeks can be booked at a rate of €170 per week Information for students who require VISAS: 1. Students who require a visa to study in Ireland must, while they are studying in Ireland, register to sit an Internationally Recognised Exam such as IELTS, Cambridge, TOEFL or TOEIC 2. If you require a visa and you want to work part-time or full-time during vacations, you must register for a course of at least 25 weeks. This will allow you to work 20 hours per week while you are studying and 40 hours per week during holiday periods.

Our English for Academic Purposes course is designed to develop your listening, speaking, reading and writing skills so that you can communicate effectively and accurately in academic contexts.
