I'm sorry for interrupt you while you are working. I have some question and I hope that you can answer.

1. do I have to do anything before the visa with the Ministry Of Higher education or the Saudi Cultural Office in Germany ?
2. you told us that we will start the studying program in the first week of April . Is it the same time for us to be in Groningen ? if no when we will be there ?
3. when will I get the Visa ?
4. should I translate the Birth Certificate to English ?
5. I know that there isn't a Homestay Family in Groningen last years. On this year is there Homestay Family ?
6. I've read about the "Housing Office" . should I contact them and fill there application ?

1. No, we will arrange everything for the visa 2. We want to start the introduction programme in the first week of April. This means that we expect you to arrive the weekend before that.
3. The visa will be issued around the beginning of March.
4. Yes, you should. Next to that, we also expect it to be legalised by the Dutch Embassy. This is necessary to register you and receive a bank account.
5. We can't offer home-stay families this year.
6. If you want to book a room in an International Student House, yes. Otherwise, you can contact real-estate agents in Groningen after your arrival
