المهم الجامعة اليوم ارسلت رساله وهذا مظمونها : Dear students, It has been some weeks since the first study visa applications were sent to the Dutch Immigrations Department, and we have good results. We will tell you about these results in this newsletter, together with information about the hotel where you will be staying after your arrival to the Netherlands and Maastricht. Finally we have enclosed some frequently asked questions during the chat-sessions and our answers to them. VISA-STUDENTS Some students already received phone calls from the Royal Dutch Embassy in Riyadh. These calls are the proof that your visa has been accepted. Please follow the instructions of the Embassy staff to make sure you receive your visa as is necessary. Do not try to speed up the process or find 'quicker' ways: you will get into trouble. Students who didn't receive a phone call yet, it means the Immigration Department is working on your application. We don't expect any problems with the applications, they just take some time to complete. VISA-COMPANIONS As we told you earlier, students bringing a companion will receive their visas together with the companion when possible. This is done to minimize waiting time for companions, but only works if you follow the instructions Embassy staff gives you. The companions who have not been accepted as premed students already will have to come on a tourist visa to the Netherlands. We will explain in one of our later newsletters how we will deal with the companion visa later on. HOTEL We booked a hotel for you and your companions. The University will pay for the stay of you and companion for 1 (one) week (7 days, 7 nights) Breakfast will be included. Your hotel room will be a standard double room, which you have to share with another student or your companion. The hotel is located in the centre of Maastricht close to the railway station and several restaurants. It is called hotel Beaumont and the student from last years have bee there as well. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Q. How do I know when my visa is ready? A. You will get either a call from the Embassy, or an e-mail message from the University. Q. Can I upgrade, change or cancel my hotel room by myself? A. If you have any requests or wishes, always contact us directly. Upgrading is not possible. You will get a standard room. Q. When should we arrive in Maastricht? A. We want you to arrive on 7 or 8 March 2009. Tell us if you can't make it. We will arrange busses to take you from Schiphol airport in Amsterdam to Maastricht but only on the 7th and the 8th. Q. What will happen in the first weeks? A. You will get the special premed introduction program, which means we get you started in the Netherlands, test your language skills, show you around your new university and make sure your paperwork is done properly. Q. Is learning Dutch necessary? A. No, since the study medicine is offered completely in English there is not need to learn Dutch. For those students who go through their classes fast enough, Dutch will be offered later on in the premed program. ماضنتي بيلحقون على مارس اتوقع الدراسه الفعلية تبدا بابريل لانهم يقولون الاسابيع الولى اختبارات ولفلفه في الديره وترتيب اوراقك

مبروك اللي طلعت لهم الفيزا وخلصت امورهم وبالنسبة للشباب اللي سألوا عن التصريح... اللي عمرهـ تحت 21 بالتاريخ الميلادي يخلي البابا حقوا يروح للجوازات ويخليهم يعطوهـ تصريح الى ابنه الصغييير عشان انه يطلع من السعوديه بروووحهـ وعلى كفالته تعرفوا صغار ولاهم ناقصين يتحملوا مسوليات خخخخ
