i note that both of your parents intend toto follow intensive english courses at Bournemourh Business School International from30 may 2011 to 30 March 2012. the acceptanceletterswhich they submitted with their applications,state that the course provides22.5 hours of direct-conact study per week.as both of your parents will be engaged in full time study in th UK .I am not satisfied that you thatsuitable arrangements are in place for your reception and care in the UK.

i have therefore refused your application because iam not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, thatyou meet all the requirments of the revelant paragraph of the united kingdom immigration rules
