My Question here, how can i get the initial financial guarantee to apply for PhD program in the UK.
INote that Im here in Chicago USA, almost done with my post graduate and want to keep it going for my PhD but this time in the UK.
I've contacted the cultural mission in here, and they said to contact MOHE or the cultural mission in UK to have this done.
Any idea? workarounds?
