First of all I don't know about your major
*but I tried to help!! haha
Any way I found this university which has your major but it's not in the physical therapy department but in medicine!!
I have no idea but I think it's not so deferent!! I hope haha
The university is Washington University in St.Louis Missouri
And it is approved by the ministry of higher education

I think you should look for a university in google or anything that has your major.. I mean you can type orthopedic Physical therapy or so, then see whether or not it was approved by the ministry.
You can check out these websites that has lists of colleges such as
