I know what are you looking for.....If you want my advice I will recommend New Mexico State university or Georgia tech. But actually I don't know if they are able to give you conditional acceptance. I heard from one of my friends that New Mexico usually give this acceptance but I am not sure

guys I want to ask you few questions
I"m currently working with Saudi Aramco and I had the chance to develop my self
So i got a scholarship from the gov and I want to study something that I like and that i'm used to
I chose America to study there but kindly I wanna know few things
I need your advice with which are the best university that teach this major in which of:-
(and possible that gives conditional admission)
Suitable State for studying and less budget I need for living.
Guys I trust you to help me out
