a. Born King Abdullah August 1, 1923 ,in Riyadh city
b. Grew up and his father, King Abdul-Aziz, and benefited from his school and his experiences in the areas of governance, policy and management and leadership. He received his education at the hands of a number of teachers, scientists, and was educated on how the book and the lessons of scientists, workshops and other mosques. Has a wide readings in various fields of knowledge, culture and civilization.

A. On Monday, 26 June 1426 August 1, 2005 was proclaimed King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to succeed King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, and he became his brother, Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud and Crown Prince on the same day.
- Interfaith dialogue
a. In November 2007, he visited Pope Benedict XVI in the Apostolic Palace. He is the first Saudi monarch to visit the Pope.
In March 2008, he called for a “brotherly and sincere dialogue between believers from all religions.
In June 2008, he held a conference at Mecca to urge Muslim leaders to speak with one voice with Jewish and Christian leaders He discussed and took approval of the Saudi Islamic scholars and the world's renowned Islamic scholars to hold the interfaith dialogue. In the same month, Saudi Arabia and Spain agreed to hold the interfaith dialogue in Spain.] The historic conference finally took place in Madrid in July 2008 where religious leaders of different faiths participated

a. He has called for the establishment of an Arab common market. His foreign minister stated the Arab Customs Union would be ready by 2015 and by 2017 the common market would also be in place. There have been intensive efforts to link Arab countries with a railway system and an electricity power grid. Work on the power grid project has started in some Arab countries.

a. in November 2009, the King was received by Nicolas Sarkozy who committed various diplomatic faux pas. The diplomatic relationship Jacques Chirac had with Saudi Arabia was not evident with Sarkozy.in January 2011, the Kingdom granted asylum to the ousted Tunisian leader, Zine El-Abidine Ben Ali, under conditions of no further political involvement.
Saudi Arabia, by the endorsement of the Gulf Cooperation Council, sent 1200 troops to Bahrain to protect industrial facilities which resulted in a strained relations with the United States.
According to leaked cables, he was more receptive to Yemeni President Saleh than Crown Prince Sultan.
He has supported renewed diplomatic relations with the Syrian government and Bashar al-Assad. Assad attended the opening of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in October 2009.

Abdullah is the fifth son (out of 37 sons) of King Abdul-Aziz[citation needed], the founder of modern Saudi Arabia, to ascend to the throne. He is, after his half-brothers Bandar and Musaid, the third eldest of the living sons of Abdul-Aziz.
He has 4 wives, 22 children

His wealth and personal income is estimated at US$21 billion, ranking him as one of the richest royals in the world

Islamic history and Jewish history
l. The most important things about Islamic history
A. Islamic history extends over a period of time covering most of the middle ages on a large geographic area stretching from the borders of China in Asia to west asia and north Africa to Andalusia .
B. Islamic began as a mission of the prophet peace be upon him what took him Gabriel revelation of god in the Arabian peninsula and that was on a Monday in the month of Ramadan in the year forty life of the prophet Mohammed peace be upon him by thirteen years of his emigration to the city the start hijri and Gregorian date to be the mission had taken place almost in 608 or 609 .

Object statement: My object is to clarify the differences between cultural in my country Saud
i Arabia and other countries.
The first side is the life style.
Life in Saudi Arabia its simple than in other countries, however people they are acting normal, in usual they like to enjoy there time, hanging around even during weekdays not only weekend, so the Riyadh city in most of time busy.
The community in Saudi Arabia linked first to the religion and second to customs and traditions in every thing.
The geography of Saudi Arabia has formed the personality of people.
Most of people are interest toward sport especially, soccer.
Customs and traditions.
Tradition takes large part of quantity from Saudis life because its related to the history of Saudi Arabia for over than three hundred years ago.
People whose age over than 50 are still cling by the old life, not exactly by the style but the method they used to live in, so they try to keep habits from old life until today.
Religion.
Life in Saudi Arabia is related to religion in most sides.
Saudi constitution has made from Quran and biography of the Prophet Muhammad and its strictly to enforce any wrong or bad behavior.
Traditional food.
Saudis as a muslim people they are eating Halal food as kosher in jewish religion.
All kind of food its allowed to eat except pork is not allowed in islamic religion.
