im really confused between those unis and i really REALLY NEED UR HELP!

1-University of Texas San Antonio -TX
2-IUPPUI -IN
3-Georgia State University -GA
4- Ball State University -IN

If Any of u whom tried any of those unis please tell me the experience u've got ..good or even bad
Also if u heard anything about em just let me knw
