سلام عليكم أنا راسلت جامعة كنساس مدينة لورنس
    بخصوص أختبار السات والاكت

أنا مدري إذا يقدمون القبول المشروط ولا لا بس كان هذا ردهم

    Greetings!

There are six main requirements to apply to the University of Kansas:

    1. International undergraduate application form, which you may print or submit online: (http://www.iss.ku.edu/admissions/)
    2. Application fee of $75.00 (check or money order, or online with a credit card)
    3. Official or Attested copies of Academic Records (http://www.iss.ku.edu/admissions/records.shtml)
    4. Official TOEFL or IELTS scores sent from testing organization to the University of Kansas (English Language Requirement | KU International Student Services).
    5. Documentation of sufficient finances in the form of a bank statement or certificate of deposit, or official notification of a scholarship. If this documentation is not in the applicant’s name, then the account holder should send a letter of intent to finance the applicant’s education.
    6. A written explanation of any gaps in your educational history.

We may request a copy of the biographic page of your passport if we have questions about the exact spelling of your name.

The Schools of Architecture, Design & Planning, Engineering, Business and Journalism also require SAT or ACT scores.
Complete instructions on how to apply and online or PDF application forms can be found on our website http://www.iss.ku.edu/admissions/.

The requirements for admission depend on whether you are a first year or transfer student and your chosen major. Complete details are available by clicking the “Requirements and Deadlines” button located on our website http://www.iss.ku.edu/admissions/requirements.shtml.

    First year students (Freshmen)
General admission to the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences requires the following:

    • Evidence of successful completion of secondary education in a college preparatory curriculum with courses in mathematics, natural sciences, social studies, English, language and literature.
    • Grade point average—minimum GPA *****alent of 2.5 on the 4.0 scale. Our admissions officer will calculate your GPA *****alent based upon your official academic records.
    • Higher GPA *****alencies are required for programs with selective admissions.
    • Programs with selective admissions may also require specific SAT or ACT scores.
    • Official TOEFL or IELTS scores.

    Transfer students
General admission to the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences requires the following:

    • Have at least 24 credit hours with a minimum GPA *****alent of 2.5 or higher on the 4.0 scale from an accredited university, college or community college.
    • Students with fewer than 24 hours at time of application will be evaluated on a combination of their college GPAs and college preparatory courses in high school. They must send in high school transcripts and test scores.
    • Programs with selective admission may also require SAT, ACT or other examination scores and completion of specific pre-requisite courses.
    • Official TOEFL or IELTS scores.

    Other admissions factors
Programs with selective admission, such as Architecture, Art, Business, Design, Engineering, Journalism, Pharmacy, etc. do not guarantee admission if minimum requirements are met. Additional requirements may be considered. Review the admission requirements for specific academic programs by clicking the “Requirements and Deadlines” button located on our website http://www.iss.ku.edu/pdf/admissions/requirements-deadlines.pdf and go to the website of the academic program of interest to you for additional information.

ACT (American College Test) or the College Board SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) scores are required for applicants to the Schools of Architecture, Design & Planning, Engineering, and Journalism. They are also considered for scholarship consideration and for applicants planning to participate in intercollegiate athletics. Applicants to the Schools of Architecture, Design & Planning, or Engineering who have taken university level calculus do not need ACT or SAT scores.

TOEFL or IELTS scores are required to apply for degree-seeking admission. However, there is no minimum TOEFL or IELTS score requirement for undergraduate admission to many academic programs. Regardless of TOEFL or IELTS scores, all new international students will be evaluated for English proficiency upon arrival. This evaluation will determine whether or not intensive English courses are required before full-time enrollment in your academic program.
