شقة واسعة بغرفة واحدة وتتسع لعائلة مساحتها 868 قدم مربع. الشقة تحوي أثاث مكتب مجهز و جهاز تدفئة، الشقة على الناحية الغربية والشمس تدفئتها على مدار النهار (توفير في فاتورة الكهرباء). وأيضا لها ثلاثة غرف لتعليق الملابس ومخزن إيضافي.على بعد سبع دقائق مشيا من محطة القطار (محطة دايتون) و 3 دقائق مشياعن مركز الوالمارت التجاري. مناسبة جدا لطلاب معهد دنفر وكولرادو. محاطه بمحلات تجارية عديدة. لا تحتاج إلى كراج لتوفر مواقف خارجية ولكن الكراج أيضا متوفر. هناك ناديين رياضيين بهما مسبحين وبركتين حارة. واحد من هذا الناديين يطل على ملاعب كرة قدم وملعب للجولف. وعلى بعد دقائق يوجد محمية وبها مرسى وممشى وبيئة جميلة.الخدمات في المجمع السكني عديدة والخدمة أكثر من رائعة, فالصيانة لا تتعدى اليوم. المجمع يجمع نخبة من الطلاب السعوديين وعوائلهم (نعم الجيرة) ما يجعلها بيئة دراسية متميزة. على مقربة يوجد مركز رعاية أطفال (عشر دقائق مشيا وثلاث دقائق بالسيارة). أخليت الشقة لإنتقالي لجامعة في ولاية اخرى.

868sqf spacious apartment with office desk included. The office is a neat and matches the kitchen with wood and granite texture. The apartment has a fire place, one store and three spacious closets. The bedroom walk-in closet is considered a room for the area it has. It is about a 7 minutes walk from the light rail Station (Dayton Station), and a 3 minutes walk from the 24/7 Super Walmart and other retail stores near by. Parking is available widely in surface parking and garage parking is also available. Two fitness rooms, two pools, two hot tubs and two club houses are available and for free for the community and with two grills available through out the year. One of the club houses overlook the golf course, dog park and two soccer fields which is also so cool to live next to.Only 8 minutes away is the Cherry Creek National Park and a park with more soccer fields, baseball fields and bike trails. The people in the leasing office are more like friends and fast in service. Maintenance is taking care off instantly, no more than 24hrs. Neighbors are friendly as well, I got to make friends with many. This is a really nice apartment. I would not have left if I am not moving out of Denver
