    Dear,

    This is Takada, Japan Embassy.

A couple days ago, I received information that 20 students among all of you
are under examination process in Ministry of Justice in Japan. See the
attachement. If your name is in red cell, you are in good direction.

(For 20 students who are in the examination process in Japan's Justice
    Ministery,)

JASSO Osaka center is trying to get "Certificate of Eligibility" from
Japan's Justice Ministry. When JASSO Osaka center will get it, your stay in
Japan for study is officially authorized. Then, you can come to the Embassy
or Consulate-General in Jeddah for visa application.

I have asked so many times when Justice Ministry will finish his work.
However, they never disclose the internal situation for me and said that
they will let me know when they will finish. I know this is a usual stance
of law enforcement authority. But I will try to push them again and again.

    --------------------------------------

    (For the rest of students,)

I try to specify the reason why nothing is going on regarding the other 15
students. But it is clear to everybody that nothing will happen about those
who has not yet submitted (a) JASSO application form, (b) Pledge paper and
    (c) 4 photos to JASSO Osaka center against my request (see in yellow cell)
and those female students who have not submitted additional documents to me
about maharam which I had requested to do so.

    --------------------------------------
(For female students with maharam and male students who want to take wife
    or children,)

Even if you are among 20 students, your process is less easy than single
male students. Examination process for maharams and for accompanying family
members will take much time. Even I can not imagine at this stage when
everything is ok for you and your maharams and family members.

    ----------------------------------------
    (For flights ticket,)

From my last year experience MOHE will book and give flight tickets to you
after you will get visa from the Embassy or Consulate-General in Jeddah.
    Plz coordinate with MOHE.

    * The Embassy is close on every Thursday and Friday.
