اخي العزيز هذي خطة دراسية ارسلتها للجامعة في طلب قبول ماجستير بيلوجيا جزيئية (وراثة):
The research I intend to conduct in one of the prestigious universities or institutes in China will take
place in order to prepare a Master in Sciences in the field of Biology, more precisely in Molecular
Biology and/or Genetics.
The experimental and theoretical studies I wish to take up and to accomplish will have as purpose to
respond to problems that affects humans, with a fundamental as well as an applicated aim, in order
to generate a greater welfare and to allow a better understanding of his physiopathology and his
molecular functioning.
The various approaches we will elaborate and set up will lead us in the conception of our exploration
strategies, strategies that must be the more precise and the more finest that allows the current
technologies in the field of molecular and cellular biology.
Our work, that will last two years, will begin through two concomitant steps, the constitution of a
representative sampling on one hand and the acquisition and the development of the molecular
tools to allow its initial screening in a second hand. We will pursue our experiences with more
accurate investigations that will be adapted simultaneously depending on the results and the
orientations obtained, with the aim of an original identification and characterization of novel
molecular processes in humans.
The widening of our experiences to a more important pool of samples will allow us to perfect our
molecular tools, to validate them and to propose them within a rational and adapted approach of
molecular investigations, even to adapt them specifically to a particular molecular or genetic context.
Together with all the members of the research team, all the efforts I’ll do will generate valuable
results that could be published in international reviews or communicated in national or international
congresses, thereby valorizing all the sacrifices the team has done.
