السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
السؤال تحديداً عن إجراءات القبول في جامعة بول ستيت في ولاية إنديانا
على الرغم من وجود تغطية كاملة لخطوات القبول والتسجيل وبشكل مستفيض تحديداً في مشاركة الأخ أبوغلا والتي أسأل المولى عز وجل أن يجعلها في ميزان حسناته إلا أنني واجهت مساراً مختلف مع قسم القبول في الجامعة وإللي صار كالتالي :
1- راسلت القسم الذي أنوي إكمال درجة الماجستير فيه وسألت عن إمكانية تقديم قبول مشروط .
2- رد علي قسم القبول الدولي بالجامعة برسالة تفيد بأنه يوجد قبول مشروط .
3 أكملت نموذج التسجيل وأرسلت أوراقي باستثناء الضمان المالي .
وصلتني الرسالة التالية منهم :

We have recently been advised, by the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission, that a student sponsored by the Saudi Arabian government, must provide a financial sponsorship letter to Ball State University
BEFORE an admission decision has been made, not afterwards. Though we understand that it sometimes takes time to obtain this sponsorship letter, you must plan ahead and be prepared to present the letter along with the rest of your application documents. We will no longer send letters of admissibility to students who have not provided a sponsorship letter, or an alternative means of funding. If you plan to apply to Ball State University and do not yet have your sponsorship letter, you must provide funding from yourself or another sponsor in order for your file to be considered.
Additionally, if you are unable to provide a sponsorship letter from your government at the time of application, you will be required to submit an original TOEFL score sent directly from ETS. This is a graduate school requirement for all graduate students who are not government sponsored or who are unable to show proof of government sponsorship. These developments will take effect immediately, so please, if you have not done so already, submit proof of funding and an original TOEFL score if you are unable to show proof of government sponsorship at this time.

السؤال هو هل يمكن أحد من الشباب المتواجدين حالياً في الجامعة يفيدني عن الإجراء اللي يبغالي اتبعه علماً بأني صعب أحصل على الاعتماد المالي من الجهة اللي أعمل بها إلا بعد الحصول على قبول مشروط إضافة إلى عدم وجود درجة للتوفل
