It depends if you are applying to spring 2011 yes it is done
But you can apply to summer semester of 2011 I don't think it is too late
Any way you have 2 ways:-
One is to check with the university you want under admission icon
And contact them b/c sometimes they accept late admissions
Or Two if it is too late you can take non degree courses sometime it calls
non-matriculating courses and then when the semester starts you take
These courses with you which make it easer for you to study
Of course this is not apply to all universities you have to check

For example:what is the next deadline for University of Florida?
