First of all, your application to study the RCSI pre-med programme has to be approved by the Ministry of Higher Education in Riyadh. It will then be forwarded to the Saudi Cultural Bureau who will send it to RCSI for review.
You will need to include a recent British council approved IELTS certificate and high school transcript in your application.
RCSI will then review your application and if satisfied with your IELTS and other academic levels, they may offer you a place on the next pre-med programme.
Again, this is at RCSI's discretion based on a review of your academic credentials.
