Dear KASP Students,
Congratulations on receiving a King Abdullah Scholarship! We are happy so many of you are going to study in the United States, and we at EducationUSA want to help make your transition as easy as possible. We wish to invite you and your family to attend one of our Pre-departure Orientations being offered at the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh and the Consulates General in Jeddah and Dhahran.
This orientation will help you get organized as you plan for your studies in the USA. Topics for discussion include: documents you will need to bring, financial considerations, health insurance coverage, tips for packing your baggage, cultural adjustment and U.S. immigration and customs procedures.
We have scheduled the pre-departure orientations to coincide with KASP scholar visa appointment days. Therefore, we will be offering pre-departure orientations in Riyadh every Monday, from February 15 through March 22, from 4-7pm. We will also be offering sessions on other dates in Jeddah and Dhahran. We have attached sign-up forms for each of the three locations. Simply choose the sign-up form for your area, fill in your contact/ identification details and your preferred session date, and return the filled-in form to the appropriate emaillisted below:

تم إرسال هذه الرساله لكم بالتحديد لأنكم طلبتم تغيير موقع المعهد, تغيير
موقع قبول الجامعه, إستخراج تأشيره لمرافقين, تغيير تاريخ بدء الدراسه في
المعهد, أو الآي 20 الذي وصلكم يحتوي على معلومات خاطئه. والبعض منكم وصلته
هذه الرساله لأكثر من سبب من الأسباب المذكوره أعلاه

أرجو منكم الصبر لأني اجيب أسئلة ما يقارب ال800 طالب معينين إلى شركة وورلد إديوكيشن جروب من قبل وزارة التعليم العالي السعوديه. كل إستفساراتكم في أعلى مستوى الأهميه لدي. هذه الرساله مبعوثه خصيصاٌ للمُعنى بها وتحتوي على معلومات سريه. اي إستعمال, قراءه, توزيع لها ممنوع. إذا لم تكن الشخص المُعنى به في الرساله, إبعث رداً إلى الباعث لإبلاغه و اتلف أي نسخ منها و شكراٌ.
