Make PAYMENT. On your application you checked your preferred payment option. If you have not already made payment online, payment must be received at the test centre within 5 working days of the receipt of this email. Please see test centre website about any additional fees for off-site test locations before making your payment.

Send 2 identical passport-sized PHOTOGRAPHS taken in the last 6 months with your full name and test date written on the back of both photographs to the test centre. The photograph will appear on your Test Report Form. You must not be wearing glasses in the photographs you submit for IELTS registration. Otherwise your application will not be processed until the appropriate photograph has been supplied.

Send a copy of your PASSPORT or National ID card to the test centre. The document must be valid / not expired at registration and on the test day. Send a copy of the page(s) showing your name, photo, date of birth, signature and document expiry date, including any extension stamps.

Inform the centre as soon as possible if you have any SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS due to ill health or a medical condition. You must provide supporting medical evidence.
